What does the free 7-day EPOS trial include?
A working till with your own menu loaded, card payment setup, kitchen printing, handheld ordering if you want it, and full UK phone support for the week. You run it through real services, not a demo script.
Do I need to pay anything to start the trial?
No. There is no charge and no card details taken to begin the 7-day trial. Software pricing starts at £29 a month afterwards and excludes hardware, which you can buy outright or rent.
Can a restaurant, takeaway, pub and hotel all trial the same system?
Yes. The trial is configured to your format — table plans and coursing for restaurants, delivery app orders and driver dispatch for takeaways, fast rounds and tabs for pubs, room charge posting for hotels.
What happens at the end of the 7 days?
You either keep going on a monthly plan with everything already set up, or you stop and we collect the kit. Nothing carries over automatically and there is no long tie-in to start.
How quickly can the trial start?
